聚碳酸酯塑料瓶材中双酚A的氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极快速测定法 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立了一种灵敏、简便的检测聚碳酸酯塑料瓶材中双酚A的电化学分析方法。方法制备氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,采用循环伏安法于0.2-0.8V对双酚A在修饰电极上的电化学行为进行研究,采用差分脉冲伏安法于0.2-0.8V优化检测条件并对双酚A的含量进行测定。结果氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极对双酚A有明显的电催化作用,氧化峰电流L(10^-5A)与双酚A浓度(c,nmol/L)在50-1000nmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为IP=-1.147-0.00589c,相关系数为0.996,检出限为41nmol/L。回收率为97.7%-103.7%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于样品中双酚A的测定。 Abstract:Objective To establish a simple and high sensitive electrochemical analytical method for the determination of bisphenol A. Methods The electrode modified with graphene oxide was prepared. Electrochemical behaviors of bisphenol A on the modified electrode were studied by using cyclic vohammetry (CV) between 0.2 and 0.8 V. The content of bisphenol A in solution was determined and the examination conditions were investigated by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) between 0.2 and 0.8 V. Results The electrode modified with graphene oxide" showed excellent electrocatalysis characteristics for bisphenol A. The results showed that there was a good linear relation in the range of 50 to 1 000 nmol/L by differential pulse voltammetry with a detection limit of 41 nmol/L. The linear equation was IP (10^-5A)=-1.147-0.005 89c (nmol/L), r=0.996. Conclusion The established method is simple, fast, sensitive and is applicable to the determination of bisphenol A in the samples of polycarbonate plastics.
