摘要
目的研究藤黄科金丝桃属植物密腺小连翘的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18柱色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:γ-(6Z,9Z,12Z)亚麻酸乙酯(1),二十九烷醇(2),γ-(6Z,9Z,12Z)亚麻酸(3),β-谷甾醇(4),柯伊利素(5),木犀草素(6),山柰酚(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),槲皮素(9),山柰酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷(10)和槲皮素-3-O-阿拉伯糖苷(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum seniavinii.Method Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents.The structures were elucidated by spectral methods.Result Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Hypericum seniavinii and their structures were elucidated as γ-(6Z,9Z,12Z) linolenic acid ethyl ester(1),nonacosan-15-ol(2),γ-(6Z,9Z,12Z) linolenic acid(3),β-sitosterol(4),chrysoeriol(5),1uteolin(6),kaempferol(7),β-daucosterol(8),quercetin(9),kaempferol-3-O-glucoside(10),and quercetin-3-O-arabinoside(11).Conclusion Compounds 1-11 were isolated and identified from this genus for the first time.
