我院小儿手足口病用药分析

Prophylactic utilization analysis of antibiotics in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital

目的分析我院小儿手足口病用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法回顾性调查我院手足口病患儿的用药情况。结果治疗小儿手足口病用药基本合理,但存在抗菌药物、免疫增强剂、糖皮质激素等药物使用不合理现象。结论应对我院不合理用药进行干预,以确保患儿用药的安全、有效、经济。

Objective To evaluate the situation of drugs used in the hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） in our hospital.Methods The application of drugs in HFMD was surveyed retrospectively.Results Treatment by medication was basically rational,but there was still the abuse of anti-bacterial drug,glucocorticoid and immunopotentiator.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the serious problem of irrational use in the HFMD treatment.
