基于文献对血瘀证兼证诊断标准的研究

The Diagnostic Criteria for Different Types of Blood Stasis Syndrome Based on Literature

目的建立血瘀证各兼证的诊断标准,为临床诊治血瘀证提供可靠依据。方法检索近30年发表于中文核心期刊的血瘀证相关文献,经筛选后逐条录入各要素,并进行临床表现、舌像、脉象统计。结果共筛选出符合标准的文献184篇,研究发现,气虚血瘀证兼症11个,血虚血瘀证兼症9个,气滞血瘀证兼症8个,寒凝血瘀证兼症11个,痰凝血瘀证兼症11个,热毒血瘀证兼症11个,阴虚血瘀证兼症7个,阳虚血瘀证兼症5个。结论确定了血瘀证兼证可分为8个类型及各类型的诊断要素,为中医临床诊治血瘀证及其兼证提供了重要依据。

Objective To identify the diagnostic criteria for different types of blood stasis syndrome and provide reliable evidence for clinical ractice.Methods Articles related to blood stasis syndrome were searched from the Chinese core journals in recent 30years.The syndrome elements were extracted and analyzed.Results Totally 184articles were included and the syndrome elements were calculated.Conclusion The blood stasis syndrome could be divided into 8types and the syndrome elements could be identified.The research can provide an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis.
