摘要
总结了15例急性早幼粒细胞性白血病患者使用全反式维甲酸诱导联合蒽环类药物化疗期间并发症的护理。本组并发弥漫性血管内凝血8例、维甲酸综合征3例、粒细胞缺乏症5例。经严密观察病情,早期发现和有效处理并发症,14例完全缓解出院,1例死亡。
This paper summarizes the nursing care of 15 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia treated by all trans retinoic acid combined with chemotherapy. During the treatment,8 cases,3 cases and 5 cases complicated by disseminated in- travascular coagulation,retinoic acid syndrome and agranulocytosis,respectively. After close observation and early detection and effective treatment of complications, 14 cases were discharge with improvement and one case died.
