摘要
目的了解急诊科护士核心业务能力的现状并进行分析,为进行专科培训和建立培训基地提供客观依据。方法根据急诊专科护士核心能力评价指标体系编制了急诊护士专业实践能力试卷和核心业务能力软技能自评调查问卷,对95名急诊科护士进行了理论和操作考试及问卷调查。结果急诊科护士的专业实践能力理论考试中最低分为39分,最高分为78分,中位数为55分,平均(56.21±7.94)分;操作考试中最低分为70分,最高分为99分,中位数为79分,平均(88.75±5.68)分。软技能掌握中,计划能力认同率最高,科研能力认同率最低。结论必须尽快建立培训基地,进行系统的培训。在今后的培训中要加强急诊科护士专业基础知识和能力、评判性思维能力、沟通能力、学习能力的培训力度,以促进我省急诊护士整体核心能力的提高。
Objective To investigated the core competencies of emergency nurses so as to provide a basis for specialized nurse training. Methods Ninety-five emergency nurses took a written test and a skills examination regarding emergency prac- tice. Moreover,they were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire based on the evaluation system of core competencies for emergency nurses. Results The score of written test was ranged from 39 to 78(56.21±7.94),the score of skills examination was ranged from 70 to 99(88.75±5.68). Regarding the self-reported core competencies,planning ability got the highest score and research ability got the lowest score. Conclusion It is urgent to establish a training base for systematic specialized nurse training as soon as possible to strengthen emergency nurses' professional knowledge and skills,critical thinking,communication skills and self-directed learning capability.
