足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤恶性肿瘤手术缺损的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of reconstruction skin and soft tissue defect in heel skin malignant neoplasm with bif olicated flaps

目的探讨足跟部皮肤恶性肿瘤手术缺损皮瓣移植修复术的护理经验。方法回顾2005年3月～2011年5月我院9例足跟部皮肤恶性肿瘤手术缺损应用足底内侧岛状皮瓣移植修复治疗期间的护理经过。结果本组9例皮瓣均一期成活,所有患者皮瓣色泽与受区相似,愈合良好,外形良好,能正常穿鞋、行走,足趾活动好,未见肿瘤复发。结论做好患者住院期间心理护理、皮瓣移植术后对皮瓣的观察与护理、院外康复护理,对皮瓣的成活及功能恢复有重要作用。

Objective To study the nursing experience of reconstruction skin and soft tissue defect in heel skin malignant neoplasm with bifolicated flaps. Method From March,2005 to May 2011, 9 cases of skin and soft tissue defect in heel skin malignant neoplasm were treated with bifolicated flaps. A retrospective analysis of the care of these cases during the treatment period was taken. Result All flaps survived completely. The function and appearance of the fingers were satisfactory. No recurrence of neoplasm was observed in these patient. Conclusion Good psycho- logical care of patients during hospitalization, observation and care of the flap after transplantation of the flap, out- side the hospital rehabilitation care have an important role in flap survival and function rehabilitation .
