摘要 动态性和不确定性是军事复杂系统的典型特征,准确分析和预测复杂系统的行为非常困难。军事分析仿真评估系统将仿真系统与实际指挥控制系统有机结合,为复杂系统提供更准确的分析、预测与控制方法,从而得到更可靠的结果,有效提高决策的灵活性和前瞻性,降低决策风险。设计构想重点从军事分析仿真评估系统,互操作性到在线决策系统方案设计三个方面详细研究了军事指挥控制实时决策支持领域中涉及的关键技术和核心概念,并对系统核心构件进行了原型设计。军事分析仿真评估系统的应用将在军事指挥控制实时决策支持领域发挥重要作用,并对社会政策和经济政策分析、公共突发事件的实时响应产生重大影响。 Dynamics and uncertainty are the representative characteristic of military complex system, so the main issues of analyzing and predicting correctly the behavior of the complex system have not been tackled. Military simulation analysis and evaluation system may integrate simulation into real Command & Control system. It will provide more accurate analysis, forecast and control methods to achieve better credibility of the results, improve the flexibility and sureness of the decide-making and reduce the risk. The key technique and core concepts of the military Command & Control real-time decide-making system were researched from military analysis evaluation system, interoperability and design of real-time decide-making system scheme. And the research described herein is directly applicable to prototype system development. The application of military simulation analysis and evaluation system is of paramount importance to the military Command & Control real-time decide-making system, and meantime it has the potential to open a lot of doors to the real-time respond pattern of social policy, economical policy analysis and commonality urgency event.
