儿童哮喘全身性糖皮质激素应用 被引量：9

Application of systemic glucocorticoids in children with asthma

摘要 对于大多数哮喘患儿，使用吸人糖皮质激素或其他抗炎药物可有效缓解和控制哮喘临床症状、改善肺功能、减少哮喘急性发作次数和减少因哮喘而误学的天数。但是有少部分患者虽经吸入皮质激素、联合治疗及其他抗炎治疗，哮喘症状仍不能达到理想控制状态。这部分患儿可能需要使用全身性糖皮质激素。
