摘要
归纳、总结了近30年中医药治疗帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)的用药概况和用药规律。对使用频率较高药味的药理作用进行了归纳分析,提出了开展中药治疗PD相关药理活性研究的靶点,为中药防疗PD的药理研究和临床用药提供参考。
In this paper, the application of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD） as well as the medication regularity was investigated in the recent 30 years. The pharmacological action of the frequently used Chinese herbal medicine was also reviewed. It is suggested that the pharmacological research of the targets of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of PD will be necessary, and will supply evidence for the further pharmacological research and clinical medication in the treatment of PD with Chinese herbal medicine.
