反腐败的高压态势对于治理腐败具有全局性和长期性的战略意义,始终保持对腐败的高压态势应是我国治理腐败的一种战略选择。实施高压态势的反腐战略需要打造一张预防和惩治腐败的"高压网"。这种"高压网"应当是制度化、体系化和动态化的有机整体,以期实现反腐败的制度高压、文化高压、监督高压和惩治高压。
