介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司化肥厂丁辛醇装置辛烯醛加氢单元工艺技术特点,通过对辛烯醛加氢催化剂国内外情况对比分析,采用了辛烯醛液相加氢国产催化剂应用情况,取得了良好的经济效益,证明辛烯醛液相加氢催化剂国产化应用是成功的。

This article described the technology characteristics of the Oxo device 2-Ethyl hexanal hy drogenation unit of the chemical Fertilizer Plant. Based on comparative analysis of domestic and foreign 2-ethylhexenal hydrogenation catalyst,pointed out that the application of domestic 2 ethylhexenal liq- uid phase hydrogenation catalyst, has achieved good economic, proved that the application of home- made hydrogenation catalyst is successful.
