Statistical analysis is a key approach in the course of enterprise management and administra- lion, it could provide scientific basis to help enterprise to realize water saving and energy saving. By u- sing statistical analysis of annual,monthly and daily water consumption in Power Factory of PetroChi- na Jilin Petrochemical Company, the definite direction was determined and effective technical innova- lion measures were taken to fulfill water saving and energy saving,and thus introducing enterprise to go on the benign development road in water saving and energy saving management.
