摘要
为验证某型舰炮炮架设计的合理性,通过Pro/E将炮架本体模型导入到有限元软件ABAQUS中,建立了其有限元模型,通过对炮架本体结构进行有限元模态分析,计算出了该炮架本体的固有特性,结果表明设计的射击频率避开了炮架本体的固有频率,证明设计是合理的。该研究对炮架本体的设计和改进有一定指导意义,并为工厂的射击试验提供了参考。
To verify the design rationality of a naval gun carriage body,body model was exported into the finite element software ABAQUS by Pro/E,and then its finite element model was established.Through finite element modal analysis of gun carriage body structure,inherent characteristics of the gun carriage body were got.The result indicates that shooting frequency is different from its natural frequency and design is reasonable.This research has some significance for designing and improving gun carriage body,and it provides a reference to the factory firing test.
