摘要
目前,我国正处于经济建设升级转型时代,由"中国制造"转向"中国创造";需要大批高素质的"蓝领"人才,如何加强培养中高层优秀"蓝领",这是中高等职业教育一项重大历史使命性任务。因此,当前中等职业教育的师资人才匮乏,对于培养大批基础强的中层"蓝领",职业教育远远不能适应国民经济发展的需要。本文基于上述因素,采取从"跳出二职看萧山,跳出萧山看二职"的思维结构(二职指萧山区第二职业中学)。就现在中等职业教育师资人才,阐述了现实窘境、剖析了历史成因、总结了战略思考、提出了方法探讨、创新了对策研究。
Education is a fundamental source for a country to enhance its power.At present,China is in the precession of economic transformation,and it is urgent to upgrade our economy from made-in-china to created-in-China.Undoubtedly, qualified blue-collar workers are of crying need in our country.However,there is tremendous gap between the present situation and the destination.The shortage of faculty became a stumbling stone for our secondary vocational education to train qualified blue-collar workers.Based on the practice of NO.2 vocational high school of Xiaoshan,the paper analyses the present situation and the historical causes,and puts forward some suggestions on ways out and innovate upon countermeasures.
