基于固体发酵的白钱菌质急性毒性及镇痛作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:利用药用真菌白僵菌固体发酵中药马钱子,使马钱子毒性下降,同时保持其镇痛作用。方法:选用对马钱子基质适应性较强的白僵菌,在一定条件下对马钱子进行双向固体发酵,获得白钱菌质;观察马钱子发酵前后小鼠急性毒性(LD50)的变化情况,并比较它们对醋酸腹腔刺激所致小鼠扭体的抑制作用和对小鼠热板致痛的影响。结果:发酵组的LD50为167.3mg/kg,与马钱子生品相比,LD50上升率为33.8%,各发酵组均可明显延长小鼠舔后足的潜伏期(P<0.001),发酵组的高、中剂量组可明显减少小鼠腹腔注射醋酸引起的扭体反应次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),但低剂量组对减少扭体次数未见明显效果。结论:马钱子经白僵菌发酵后毒性明显降低,并保持了其镇痛作用。 Objective:To make Strychnos nux - vomica L. to keep analgesic efficacy and reduce toxicity by the solid - state fermentation of Beauveria bassiana ( Bals. ) Vuill.. Methods : First crude drug was fermented under certain condi- tion to obtain Bai -qian fungal substance by Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. , which was suitable for growing on the drug. Then LDs0 was observed and it was compared the effects of body twisting response induced by acetic acid in mice and of hot - plate response before and after fermentation. Results : LDs0 of fermentation group was 167.3mg/kg. Their rising rate was 33.8% compared with crude drug. All fermentation products could prolong latency of licking foot re- sponse signifieantly(P 〈0. 01 ) , while high and medium dosage could reduce writhing times induced by acetic acid sig- nificantly(P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). But low dosage group showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Strychnos nux - vomica L. can keep analgesic effect and reduce its toxicity by the fermentation of Beauveria bassiana ( Bals. ) Vuill..
