摘要
目的观察中医药茶并足部穴位按摩相结合治疗0级糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取0级糖尿病足患者183例,随机分为实验组90例,对照组93例。对照组在应用口服降糖药或注射胰岛素控制血糖的基础上,给予甲钴胺片进行预防。实验组在此基础上给予中医药茶并足部穴位按摩治疗。2组通过临床症状、神经病变检查、足部自觉症状、神经电生理等指标确认疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后足部疼痛麻木感与神经电生理疗效无显著性差异,而足部压力感觉阈值治疗组略高于对照组。总体效果2组相似。结论中医药茶并足部穴位按摩对0级糖尿病足的发生发展有一定的二级预防作用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of TCM herbal tea combined with foot acupoints massage on grade 0 diabetic foot. Methods 183 patients with grade 0 diabetic foot were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: control group with 90 cases and test group with 93 cases. The control group was given Mecobalamin Tablets to prevent diabetic foot on the basic treatment with hypoglycemic drugs by oral administration or insulin by injection for blood sugar control. The test group was given TCM herbal tea combined with foot acupoints massage based on basic diabetic therapy of the control group. The curative effect was confirmed from neuropathic examination, foot paresthesia, neurolectricity examination, and an- kle-brachial index. Results There was no significant difference in foot pain and numbness and curative effect of electroneuro- physiology after treatment between the two groups, but the threshold of pressure sensation of foot was a little higher in test group than that in control group. The total effect between the two groups was similar. Conclusion Combined TCM herbal tea and foot acupoints massage has some secondary prevention for the occurrence and development of grade 0 diabetic foot.
