中国稀土资源可持续发展研究

Research on Sustainable Development of Rare Earth Resource in China

从中国在全球稀土市场所处的地位、所面临的竞争以及可持续发展新举措三个方面对中国稀土资源可持续发展现状进行分析,运用层次分析法进行评价研究。结果表明,人均可采储量、资源储采比、人均年产矿量、资源利润总额、人均工业总产值等指标在稀土资源可持续发展中影响权重较高;科技进步贡献率是社会发展水平层次中排名最高的指标。

This paper analyzes the current situation of sustainable development of rare earth resources in China from the perspective of the status and competition of China in the global market and new measures taken to sustainable development, and then the sustainable development is evaluated by AHP method. Result shows that recoverable reserves per capita, reserveproduction ratio, annual production of ore per capita, resources total profit, gross value of industrial output per capita have the highest effect weight in sustainable development of rare earth. The contribution ratio of science and technology ranks highest place in the level of social development.
