摘要
结合国家有关温室气体控制和节能减排的要求,对高能耗建筑产业低碳技术创新有关文献进行梳理。从低碳技术的发展路线、研究理论、绿色低碳建筑评估、技术进步与能源效率等方面对现有文献归类和分析。最后提出建筑业低碳技术创新管理的研究思路和方向。
This paper examines the literatures research status with the topics regard to low carbon technology innovation management in construction industry of China based on the national requirements on greenhouse gas control and energy conservation and emission reduction target. It presents an overall review for the journal literatures in China with a methodology by classifying the literatures based on five aspects of low carbon technology development roadmap, research theory, low car- bon building assessment and energy efficiency with technology progress. To a further step, it has given a brief summary with some recommendations and directions of low carbon technology management with the purpose of aiding the construction industry strategic development.
