摘要
将战略人力资源管理的契合问题总结为四种重要的基本契合模式,并通过对高新企业的实证研究分析战略人力资源管理契合结构对企业人力资源管理效能与企业组织绩效的影响以及它们之间的关系。结果发现,在高新企业中战略人力资源管理契合结构对企业人力资源管理效能和企业组织绩效有显著正向影响,且对后两者的关系有加强调节作用。
This paper takes four types of fit were identified and collectively called as "Fit Structure of SHRM". It confirms that the Fit Structure of SHRM has a positive and significant impact on HRM effectiveness and organizational performance and also HRM effectiveness could directly increase organizational performance while the Fit Structure of SHRM strengthened the relationship between them.
