摘要
对江西省民办高校教师进行抽样调查,共发放问卷450份,回收有效问卷388份。采用T检验、探索性因子分析(EFA)、验证性因子分析(CFA)技术对量表结构进行检验。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对组织承诺和工作绩效之间的关系进行路径分析。得到研究结论如下:组织承诺量表主要包括情感承诺和持续承诺两个维度;工作绩效量表主要包括任务绩效和关系绩效两个维度;情感承诺对任务绩效具有正向显著影响,对关系绩效具有负向显著影响;持续承诺对任务绩效具有负向显著影响,对关系绩效具有正向显著影响。
A sample survey of a total of 450 questionnaires was conducted for teaching staffs in non-governmental institutions of higher learning in Jiangxi province with 388 valid returns. Scale structures are tested by T-test, EFA and CFA. Relationship be- tween organizational commitment and job performance is analyzed using SEM. The study concludes that organizational commit- ment scale includes two dimensions of affective commitment and continuance commitment, whereas job performance scale includes two dimensions of task performance and relationship performance. Affective commitment has significant positive effect on task performance, but negative effect on relationship performance. On the other hand, continuance commitment has significant negative effect on task performance, but positive effect on relationship performance.
