基于经济控制力的高端服务业发展研究

Economic Control based Development of High-end Service Industry

在全球价值链分工体系下,生产的分散化并没有伴随着收益的分散化,控制着价值链高端环节的跨国公司获取了绝大部分利润分配权,而包含高级生产要素的高端服务业因能促进企业绩效、产业能级和国家竞争力的提升,能够在全球范围内集聚资源和辐射能量,从而增强地方企业在全球价值链中的利益分配继而获取更多的经济控制力。文章在理论分析的基础上,结合广东省高端服务业的发展现状及存在的问题,探讨了发展高端服务业的对策及启示。

Under the division of the global value chain, the decentralization of production has not been accompanied by revenue decentralization. Multinational companies who are in control of the high-end segments of the value chain obtain the vast majority of the profit distribution right. High-end service industry containing advanced production factors, who can promote enterprise per- formance, enhance industry-level and national competitiveness, and gather resources and radiant energy worldwide, strengthens local enterprises in the global value chain in obtaining more economic control over the distribution of benefits. Based on the theo- retical analysis and combined with the development state and existing problems in the high-end service industry in Guangdong province, this paper discusses the countermeasures and enlightenment of the development of high-end service industry.
