摘要
在实施中小企业行业工资集体协商过程中,浙江逐步形成了一些规范化的机制,具体包括政府主导机制、充分协商机制和法制支持机制三方面内容。从实施效果来看,浙江中小企业行业工资集体协商机制在缓解"用工荒"、疏导劳资矛盾、更好维护各方利益等方面发挥了重要作用。
In the process of collective wage consultation in SMEs, The standardized mechanism has been formed gradually in Zhejiang Province. The mechanism from these samples can been to sum up including under the domination of governments, deeply consultation and legal safeguard. From the implementation effect, collective wage consultation in SMEs plays an important role on easing labor shortage and labor conflict, better safeguarding the interests of all parties.
