该文研究设计一种带普通不耐高压接近开关液压缸,常规带接近开关液压缸中所选用的电感式接近开关为耐高压系列,这种类型的接近开关价格较高。将普通不耐高压接近开关应用到液压缸中,将可以显著降低整套产品的成本,方便接近开关维护更换。

This thesis centers on the limit switch on hydraulic cylinders. The common limit switch on hydraulic cylinders is inductive switch which belongs to high-pressure series. This kind of switch is of high price, so if we use this kind of switch for hydraulic cylinder, it can greatly reduce the cost of the whole products and also good for maintaining.
