摘要
介绍了故障树分析法,以铲刀翻转液压系统为例,建立了故障树。依据故障树得到的最小割集对系统进行了故障排查和诊断。此方法简单、可靠、实用性强,在液压系统故障诊断中有很好的应用价值。
The fault tree analysis was introduced. Taking the hydraulic system of turnning the bucket as an example, the fault tree was constructed. According to the minimal cut sets of the fault tree, troubleshooting and diagnosis were carried into execution.This method is simple, realiabe and practical with good applicable value in fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.
