食品供应链涵盖了农供品养殖或种植,再到食品的加工、包装、流通,直至被最终消费者食用的各个环节所组成的一个供需链条。从已有的食品安全事件来看,这条供应链上都或多或少存在安全问题。加强食品供应链综合管理,对供应链上每一环节的安全风险进行有效防范,是保证食品安全的重要措施。
Food supply chain is the chain of supply and demand that includes planting or breeding, food processing, packing, circulation, until the final consumers. A lot of food accidents tell us there are many safety problems in the food supply chain. In order to protect us from the risk of food, we should strengthen the management of food supply chain comprehensively, and prevent the risks of food in every link of the chain effectively.
