结合实例,针对居住区规划中的价值取向进行了探讨,从居住区的环境,设施,道路系统等方面进行了分析,指出应以当代人在当代条件下对生活的需求为出发点,从时代、社会与自然中寻找规划与设计的方向,建设人与自然、人与人、人与社会相和谐的、良好的生活居住环境。

Abstract： Combining with the examples, the paper explores the value orientation for the planning of the residential districts, analyzes from the environment, the facilities, and the road system of the residential districts, and points out it begins with the living demands of the modern people in current conditions, so as to seek for the direction of the planning and design from the times, the society and nature, and construct the better living environment with the harmonious relationshio between human-beings and nature, amon~ Deoole and between man and soeietv.
