摘要
阐述了民用建筑工程开展限额设计的意义,指出开展限额设计有关人员必须树立新观念,并从可行性研究、初步设计、施工图设计各个阶段探讨开展限额设计的主要内容及作用,以期使建设工程在设计阶段工程造价得到合理、有效的控制。
This paper described the significance of carrying out quota design to civil architectural engineering, pointed out that the people con- cerned carrying out quota design must establish new idea, and discussed the main contents and effect of carrying out quota design from each stage of feasibility study, preliminary design, construction drawing design, in order to make the project cost of civil construction project gained reason- able, effective control in design stage.
