总结了当前城市规划专业人才培养方面存在的问题,针对存在的问题,引入CDIO教育理念,从人才培养方案、课程设置、实践能力培养、教学内容及教学方法等方面提出了改革对策,从而使学生更好的适应社会发展需求。

This paper summarized the existing problems of current city planning specialty talents training, according to the existed problems, introduction of CDIO education idea, provided reform measures from talents training scheme, curriculum setting, practice ability training, teaching contents and teaching methods and other aspects, so as to enable students to better adapt to social development needs.
