This paper introduced in detail the characteristics, contents and operation modes of United States occupation safety and health man- agement system, and according to the OSHA standard, from improvement the unsafe environmental factors and control of unsafe behavior two re- spects, elaborated how to improve production safety and health conditions, and according to domestic situation put forward suggestions, provided reference for domestic each industry especially international engineering field.
