摘要
从员工招聘的意义入手,阐述了员工招聘的原则及影响因素,总结了员工招聘中存在的问题,进而探讨了一系列对策与方法,从而使企业经济、有效、及时地招聘到所需要的高素质人才。
From the meaning of staff recruitment, this paper elaborated the principle and influence factors of staff recruitment, summarized the problems in staff recruitment, discussed a series of countermeasures and methods, so as to make enterprise economic, effective, timely recruit- ment to multiple needed high-quality personnel.
