介绍朱生樑教授辨治溃疡性结肠炎的临床经验。认为本病总属本虚标实之证,以脾虚为本,湿热、气滞、血瘀为标;治疗时宜首重气血、和络安肠,清化湿热、泄浊安肠,斡旋中州、燮理脏腑。并举验案1则。

This article introduces Professor Zhu Shengliang＇s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis.This disease results from spleen deficiency in root,and from dampness heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis in branch;it is argued that its treatment concentrates primarily on regulating qi and blood,harmonizing collaterals and calming intestinal,clearing and resolving damp-heat,removing turbidity and calming intestinal,harmonizing zang-fu organs.And one proven case was presented.
