《温病条辨》方药应用规律研究

The Study on the Prescriptions and Herbs Application and Combination Principle in Systematized Identification of Warm Diseases

采用频次法和分层聚类法分析《温病条辨》中方药应用与配伍规律,探求其温病辨冶特色:上焦病治以清宣肺卫、辛凉清热为主,兼以开窍醒神;中焦病采用辛寒或苦寒清热、泻下、养阴、祛湿及开窍等治法;下焦病的治疗重在养阴、熄风。

To explore the principles of syndromes and treatment of Warm Diseases in Systematized Identification of Warm Diseases,the prescriptions and herbs application was calculated and analyzed by hierarchical cluster.Results show the following rules.Diffusing the lung,clearing heat with pungent-cool and opening the orifices are used to treat the upper energizer syndrome,The treatment methods of the middle energizer syndrome include heat-clearing,purgation,yin-nourishing,dampness-dispelling and resuscitation.Yin-nourishing and wind-extinguishing are the primary therapy methods to treat the the lower energizer syndrome.
