摘要
目的观察白及雾化吸入治疗咯血症的临床疗效。方法将78例咯血症患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(38例);两组均给予西药常规治疗,观察组加用白及煎剂雾化吸入治疗,疗程为7天。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为84.2%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白及雾化吸入治疗咯血症疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Rhizoma Bletillae in the treatment of hemoptysis.Methods Seventy-eight subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 38 cases were treated by routine therapy and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by routine therapy plus aerosol inhalation of Rhizoma Bletillae,with a course of seven days.Results The overall effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group and 84.2% in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Rhizoma Bletillae is quite effective for hemoptysis.
