摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱建立前列安通胶囊中芍药苷含量的检测方法。方法:采用Waters Nova-Pak C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,4μm),以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm,芍药苷的保留时间为3.757min。结果:芍药苷质量在0.20~4.0μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.997 6)。低、中、高3个浓度的平均加样回收率分别为97.85%~100.38%(RSD 0.37%~0.81%)。结论:该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于前列安通胶囊中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of the paeoniflorin in Qianlie Antong capsule by HPLC. Method: The separation was performed on Waters Nova-Pak C,s (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 4 μm) column eluted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water (15: 85) at the flow rate of lmL · min^-1 The detection wavelength was at 230 nm and the retention time of paeoniforin was 3. 757 min. Result: Paeoniflorin showed good linearity (r = 0. 997 6) in the range of 0.20-4.0 μg. The mean recoveries of low, middle and high concentration of the components were among 97.85%-100.38% (RSD 0. 37%-0. 81% ). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, and it can be used for determining paeoniflorin in Qianlie Antong capsule.
