摘要
目的:建立小败毒膏质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,鉴别了方中大黄、黄柏、陈皮、赤芍和甘草,并建立山银花的检查方法;采用高效液相色谱法测定小败毒膏中芍药苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,重复性好,芍药苷在0.182 4~3.64 80μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD 1.98%。结论:方法简便易行,重复性好,适用于小败毒膏质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Slurry of Xiaobaidu. Method: The thin- layer chromatography was adopted for qualitative identification. Paeoniflorin was detected by HPLC. Result: The determination method for the content of paeoniflorin was established. The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0. 182 4-3. 648 0μg. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of compound Xiaobaidu Slurry.
