摘要
试验采用3×3因子设计,将日粮苜蓿草粉比例设为10%、20%、30%三个水平、蛋白质设为15.83%、14.01%、12.74%三个水平。选用180只12月龄健康产蛋豁眼鹅,随机分为9组,每组20只,试验期20d。研究日粮苜蓿草粉比例和蛋白水平及二者交互作用对豁眼鹅血清理化指标的影响。苜蓿草粉添加比例为10%时血清中碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性最高,血浆尿素氮随着日粮蛋白水平的增加而降低,14.01%的蛋白水平最适宜蛋白质的吸收。随着日粮蛋白水平的提高,血清中生长激素含量也随之增加。苜蓿草粉比例和蛋白水平的互作对各理化指标有极显著的影响。
180 Huoyan Geese（12 months old） were randomly assigned to 9 dietary treatments（20 geese pertreatment） in a 3×3 factorial arrangement. The geese in each treatment were fed for 20d contained 10%, 20% and 30% alfalfa meal of diet each incombination with 15.83%, 14.01% and 12.74% protein. The study investigated the effect of dietary alfalfa meal ratio, protein level and the interaction on parameters in serum of laying Huoyan Goose. The results showed The activity of serum AKP, ALT, AST was the highest when alfalfa meal was 10%, and BUN was the decreasing with the protein level increasing and it was the lowest when protein level was 14.01%, that means protein absorbed completely. And GH in serum was increasing with the protein level increasing.And the interaction of alfalfa meal and protein level extremely significantly effected all parameters of laying Huoyan Goose.
