玉米赤霉烯酮对仔猪的养分利用率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 1前言 玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)是由镰刀菌产生的、具有类雌激素活性的真菌毒素,中国北方玉米普遍存在此类毒素。一份2007~2009年的调查发现,来自8个业洲囤家的933份饲料和原料样品中,有35%的样。哺平均ZFA含量为292μg/kg。
