Bilingual education in university is an important countermeasure to improve educational level and achieve educational internationalization. From the basic English teaching in universities to professional English teaching, and to bilingual teaching and the re-orientation of the goal of talent cultivation in the background of economic globalization and educational internationalization, bilingual education in university has experienced the experience of the transformation from the improvement of one＇s own teaching level to the adaptation to the economic and social development. Bilingual teaching is the direction of teaching development in the future. To positively carry forward bilingual teaching, guarantee the effectiveness of bilingual teaching, stress on the construction of the system and mechanism of bilingual teaching system are the strategy choice for the internationalization of higher education in China.
