摘要 提出了一种双向交链横向磁通平板型永磁直线同步电机,它比传统横向磁通永磁电机具有更高的初级空间利用率,能够充分利用次级永磁体,提高电机的空载感应电动势。文章介绍了这种电机的结构和原理,给出了电磁设计方法,同时采用三维有限元方法优化了电机的结构尺寸。研制了一台实验样机,并进行了空载感应电动势、静态推力的测试实验,理论计算与实验结果基本吻合,验证了理论分析的有效性和电机设计的合理性。 A bidirectional crosslinking transverse flux flat type permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is presented, which has largcr space utilization ratio than traditional transverse flux machine, with the features of fully utilizing secondary permanent magnets and increasing the no-load back-EMF. The structure and principle of this machine is introduced, and the electromagnetic design method is presented in this paper. In additional, the structure of the motor size is optimized by 3-D finite element method. A prototype is designed and manufactured. The no-load back-EMF and static thrust experiments are carried out. The theoretical analyses agree with the experiment results well. That verifies the validity of the theoretical analysis as well as the rationality of motor design.
