摘要 以MS+0.1mg/L IAA为基本培养基,添加不同质量浓度的多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC),研究其对宝石无核、前项无核和黑比诺3个葡萄品种试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,PP333和CCC对3种葡萄试管苗的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,表现为株高、单株叶面积、节间长、节间数及单株叶片数的减少,根冠比和比叶重的增加。综合各生长指标,PP333为10和5mg/L时对宝石无核和前项无核均具有明显的抑制作用,并且宝石无核在PP333为5mg/L时,根冠比达最大;CCC为200mg/L对3个供试品种试管苗的生长抑制效果明显。 In order to test the effects of PP333 and CCC on growth of grape tube-plantlets, we added PP333 and CCC with different mass concentrations respectively to the base media(MS+IAA0, ling/L). The result showed that PP333 and CCC could restrain tube-plantlets growth of three Vitis vinifera va- rieties, plant height, leaf area, internodes length, node numbers and leaf numbers were decreased, root-shoot ratio and specific leaf mass were increased. When the PP333 mass concentration is 10 mg/L and 5 mg/L, it has obvious inhibitory effects on Ruby Seedless and Qianxiang Seedless. The root- shoot ratio of Ruby Seedless is the highest when PP333 mass concentration is 5 mg/L. CCC has obvious inhibitory effects on tube-plantlets growth of the three grape varieties when its mass concentration is 200 mg/L.
