西瓜新品种农科大4号的选育与评价

Breeding and Evaluation of New Watermelon Variety Nongkeda 4

根据西瓜育种发展趋势,以选育优质抗病西瓜为目的,通过亲本选育、组合选配的方法,选育出西瓜新品种农科大4号。农科大4号全生育期90d,果实发育期30d,易坐果,植株综合性状优良;品质分析表明,果实中心折光糖含量125g/kg,总糖115.4g/kg,维生素C含量0.02mg/g,粗纤维0.7g/kg;抗蔓枯病、炭疽病和枯萎病;单瓜质量6kg,产量46 363kg/hm2。

According to the breeding tendency, a new watermelon variety Nongkeda No. 4, which has high quality and disease resistance, was selected through parental selection and combination selection method in Northwest A＆F University. It was characterized as easy to bear fruits, 90 days whole growth period and 30 days of fruit developing period and excellent comprehensive characters. The re- sult of quality analysis indicates that the central reflex soluble contents is 125 g/kg, the total sugar content is 115.4 g/kg, the vitamin C content is 0.02 mg/g and the crude fiber is 0.7 g/kg. It also has good disease resistance to branch blight, anthracnose and blight. The average watermelon mass is 6 kg and the average output is 46 363 kg/hm2.
