摘要
采用新型内支撑结构板式膜生物反应器(MBR)分别处理生活污水、养猪废水和印染废水,在HRT为8 h、SRT为30 d的条件下考察其处理效果。结果表明,该MBR对生活污水的处理效果最好,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准;处理高氨氮养猪废水时,对氨氮的去除率相对较低,出水COD和NH3-N浓度满足《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596—2001)的要求;处理可生化性较差的印染废水时,对COD的去除率相对较低,出水COD、NH3-N和色度分别可达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—1992)的Ⅲ、Ⅰ、Ⅱ级标准。该MBR在处理养猪废水、印染废水等高浓度废水时更容易发生膜污染。
The treatment efficiencies of domestic sewage, swine wastewater and printing and dye- ing wastewater by the new inner-support flat MBR were investigated at HRT of 8 h and SRT of 30 d. The results showed that when treating the domestic sewage, the highest treatment efficiency was achieved, and the effluent quality met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Mu- nicipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002 ). When treating the swine wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was lower, and the effluent concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen met the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding (GB 18596-2001 ). When treating printing and dyeing wastewater with poor biodegradability, the re- moval rate of COD was lower, and the effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen and color met the m, I and II criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Indus- try (GB 4287 -1992) respectively. Membrane fouling occurred more commonly when treating the high loading wastewater, such as swine wastewater and printing and dyeing wastewater.
