摘要 重庆市涪陵区地处三峡库区腹地,库区季节性气温变化将影响污水处理厂的稳定运行。涪陵污水处理厂活性污泥混合液的年平均温度在15.6~27.9℃范围内变化,其中12月、1月—3月的活性污泥混合液平均温度<18℃,是涪陵污水处理厂低温调控重点时期;气温突降是导致出水氨氮和TN浓度波动的重要因素;将全年分为"低温期"、"中温期"和"中温生化最佳期"三个阶段,各阶段采取相对较稳定的运行参数,小幅调整;全年采取变参数连续运行,循序渐进实施优化调控,在稳定出水水质的同时,实现节能减排;通过制定涪陵污水处理厂全年日常运行参数和优化调控措施,可为库区污水处理厂的稳定运行提供可操作性技术指导。 The Fuling WWTP is located in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region, so its operation is influenced by seasonal temperature variation. The annual average temperature range of the activated sludge mixture is from 15.6 ~C to 27.9 ~C. The average temperature of the activated sludge mixture is lower than 18 ~C in December to March, which is a critical period to keep the effluent quality up to standard. Sudden drop in air temperature is an important factor affecting nitrogen removal. The whole year is divided into three stages:low temperature period, medium temperature period and optimum bio- chemical period. Every stage has its fixed parameters with a little regulation. The Fuling WWTP runs un- der variable parameters with optimization control the whole year to achieve energy savings and emission reduction while maintaining stable effluent quality.
