摘要
根据AMESim软件快速实现动态系统的建模、仿真和分析等优点,利用AMESim软件对电子压力机伺服系统PID控制进行建模与仿真,并在仿真中对有无PID控制器的电子压力机系统进行对比。结果表明,通过改进控制算法,能有效提高PID控制的伺服系统稳态精度,调节时间短,超调小,可以克服非线性时变特性的影响。
According to the characteristics of the AMESim software as rapidly realizing dynamic system modeling, simulation and analysis, we can make use of the AMESim to be modeling and simu- lation of electronic press servo system on PID con- trol. in addition, Whether electronic press system with the PID controller in emulation are compared. Results shows that: the steady precision of servo system can be improved effectively by improving control algorithm. At the same time, the time - consuming and overstrike will be fewer, Beside, it also can overcome the impact of nonlinear time-- varying characteristic.
