摘要 针对目前我国车辆超限超载检测设备成本较高、结构复杂的发展现状,设计出一种基于汽衡的车辆动静态称重系统。系统以Visual C++6.0作为前台开发工具,采用PC机为核心处理单元,实现了对硬件设备控制、数据采集、数据处理、数据显示、数据通信以及数据存储等功能。系统能稳定准确地测量车辆的轴重、轴数及总重。实验结果表明,检测系统结构简单、运行稳定、便于维护。 According to the development pres- ent situation that the vehicles crossing overload testing equipment are high cost and complicated structure in our country, This paper designs a vehi- cle dynamic and static weighing system design and implementation based on the steam balance. The system used Visual C++ 6.0 as a client develop- ment tool, it adopts PC computer as the core pro- cessing unit, and it realized the hardware equip- ment control, data acquisition, data processing, data display,data communication and data storage etc. functions. The system can accurately measured the vehicles axle load, axle number and total weight. The experimental results show that the testing system is simple structure, stable operation, and easy to maintenance.
