玻璃体腔注射Avastin联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿患者的观察及护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨玻璃体腔注射Avastin联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的疗效及护理要点。方法收集视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿并接受玻璃体腔注射Avastin联合激光治疗患者36例38只眼,治疗前后给予相关护理,临床治疗与护理相结合,观察治疗前后视力变化及OCT扫描黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度。结果治疗后末次随访时有36只眼视力提高(94.7%),2只眼视力无变化(5.3%);治疗后2,4,6周黄斑厚度与治疗前比较差异显著。结论玻璃体腔注射Avastin联合激光治疗能有效改善视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿,加强心理护理、治疗指导、健康指导,可为治疗成功提供保证。 Objective To investigate the treatment effect and nursing of intravitreous injection of Avastin combined with laser photocoagulation in maeular edema caused by vein occlusion. Methods 38 patients(38 macular edema eyes)who had maeular edema caused by retinal vein occlusion and accepted in- travitreous injection of Avastin combined with laser photoeoagulation were selected. Relevant nursing was given before and after the clinical treatment. The visual acuity and retinal thickness were observed and recorded. Results Visual acuity was improved in 36 eyes(94.7%),no change occurred in 2 eyes(5.3%). The thickness of maeular was statistically significant compared with before treatment and 2,4,6 weeks after treatment. Conclusions Intravitreous injection of avastin combined with laser photocoagulation is effec- tive on macular edema caused by vein occlusion. Successful treatment is guaranteed by psychological nurs- ing, treatment guidance and health guidance.
