基于UG表达式的真空泵单头等螺距内凹转子的设计

摘要 螺杆转子是螺杆真空泵的内核部分,转子型线的优劣直接影响到泵的整体性能、运行的稳定可靠以及制造成本。本文基于螺杆啮合原理,得到单头等螺距梯形内凹型线的完整型线方程,利用UG表达式创建出截面型线,并建模。通过模拟啮合,验证了型线方程的正确性——拥有完整的啮合线,且啮合运转过程中不会发生齿面干涉。 The screw rotor is the kernel part of screw vacuum pump, and its profile directly affects the overall performance of the pump, running stability and reliability and the production cost. Based on the meshing theory of single screw, the complete equations of the rotor profile with single thread, fixed pitch, trapezoidal and concave tooth surface were given. Then the UG expressions were used to create a section line, and establish a model. Through the simulation of meshing, the profile equation is verified to be correct, i.e., with complete meshing line, and no interference of tooth faces during the meshing process.
