摘要
本文根据作者多年从事真空熔炼直流供电电源的设计与现场调试体会,探讨影响真空自耗电极熔炼炉供电直流电源电压与电流稳定性的因素,重点分析了坩埚比对电压和电流稳定性的影响,提出了合理的坩埚比建议,文中依据在多台真空自耗电极熔炼炉配套电源中的实验数据对分析结果进行了实际验证。
According to the experience of design and onsite commissioning of the vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace's DC power supply for many years, the writers discussed the factors influencing the stabihty of DC power supply, and analyzed how the crucible ratio affect the stability of power supply's output voltage and current. Some reasonable proposals for crucible ratio were offered, which were verified by the experimental datas, obtained from many sets of vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace's DC power supply in this paper.
