This article briefly introduces the situation of urban gardens in Liuzhou Horticulture Exposition Garden. Then it discusses the main characteristics, content and means of cultural expression in landscape de- sign of urban gardens. Through the surveys and observation, it shows that landscape design of urban gardens has distinctive characteristics. This article aims to provide references for cultural expression in landscape de- sign of urban gardens.
